Use of MONAD BANK services

Public pages are informational. Account creation, balance visibility, transfers, invoices, investments, crypto-funded activity, and support actions require authenticated access and may require additional review before any action is accepted, approved, or settled.

Account access and credentials

Clients are responsible for keeping passwords, transaction PINs, devices, email accounts, and phone numbers secure. MONAD BANK will not ask clients to disclose full passwords or transaction PINs through public website forms.

If you believe credentials, devices, wallets, emails, or support channels have been compromised, stop using the affected channel and contact MONAD BANK support immediately.

Transfers, invoices, and operational review

Transfer requests, account adjustments, crypto deposit proofs, payment invoices, and other money-movement workflows may be pending until reviewed by MONAD BANK operations or other authorized service teams.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, availability of funds, acceptance of wallet or bank details, execution timing, or final settlement. Records shown in the client dashboard should be reviewed carefully and reported promptly if inaccurate.

Investing, trading, and market information

Investing, trading, options, market data, foreign exchange readings, and crypto-funded activities involve risk and may not be suitable for every client. Website content is not individualized investment, legal, tax, custody, or accounting advice.

Market prices, projected returns, plan names, trading examples, and educational material may be delayed, incomplete, rate-limited, hypothetical, or subject to change. Clients should not treat public information as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, transfer, or deposit funds.

Availability and changes

MONAD BANK may update services, public pages, security rules, risk controls, support channels, eligibility requirements, or operational workflows at any time. Some features may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, or security review.
